Salicornia is grown in the sandy soil of our Ramat Negev Farm and irrigated with water with an
E.C that is similar to that of sea water, to insure the tastiest Salicornia. Due to our commitment
to quality, our optimal growing conditions and our unfaltering strive for excellence, we have grown
to be the largest growers and exporters of Salicornia in Israel. We have not forgotten our sandy
roots and continue to provide quality produce and the best possible customer service. All our produce
is grown according to Global Gab and MRL Standards. Salicornia is available all year round.
